As a Senior Principal Engineer at Microsoft, she leads performance and manageability efforts across upstream OpenJDK and the Microsoft Build of OpenJDK. Her work focuses on optimizing JVM-based workloads for large-scale cloud and data-center environments, specifically within Azure.

She previously served as the JVM Performance Architect at Arm and led Oracle’s Garbage First (G1) Garbage Collector performance team.
